Hi there! I have a silly question about the artbook contest ;A; In the Rules & Terms section sais that the entry will be disqualified if had "Anything that may suggest fantasy or extraterrestrial backgrounds and landscapes". May some of the examples above suggest fantasy (mostly fantasy landscapes)? Or anything with similar context is allowed? As far as it has a full human in the artwork, can it be any kind of landscape? Sorry if I don't make any sense Thank you for you time!
Its ok, i know its quite confusing. The examples above would are great examples of what you can do in your entry. By 'fantasy' we mean anything that shows of a fantasy nature eg. Green skies.you can make up your own landscape thats fine, but it must reflect the actual nature of our earth!
Winged creatures are also allowed (for example that horse one), but cannot be winged humans, humans must remain humans
Oh! Ok, now I think I understand what you mean!! So I can make my own landscape as far as it has actual nature of our earth! And I can combine anything of the nature of the earth, right? Sorry for causing so much trouble and misunderstanding! Thank you so much for the clarification! ;u;
Oops just to avoid further confusion, red skies are allowed given that the piece depicts a sunset or the whole composition is based on the colour red. What I mean is you can't draw a landscape of Mars for example (Mars has red sky during morning and afternoon)
